Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund terms for paid KAZENA Books subscriptions, while respecting consumer rights under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and Government Regulation No. 80 of 2019 on Trading Through Electronic Systems.
1. Scope
This policy applies to subscription fees (monthly/annual) for the Service paid directly to the Company.
2. 7-Day Refund Guarantee
You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment if the request is made within 7 (seven) calendar days of the first charge.
Requests within this period will be refunded in full, except for fees charged by the payment provider that are outside our control (if any).
3. After 7 Days
After 7 days, the subscription fee for the current period is non-refundable, including for the unused portion of the period (no pro-rata refund), unless otherwise required by mandatory regulations.
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date. Renewal fees already charged are generally non-refundable, subject to Section 7.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send a request to official@kazena.net stating your account email, payment date, and reason. We may request additional information for verification.
6. Processing and Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time (generally up to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider/bank).
7. Consumer Rights and Defective Service
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Law. If the Service cannot be provided, has a material defect, or does not match what was promised, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund under applicable law.
8. Chargebacks
Before raising a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank, we encourage you to contact us first so the matter can be resolved more quickly.
